You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

Condition is Key: Because we sell vintage, pre-owned, and unique collectibles, items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received.

Sealed Collectibles: Vintage items sold as "Sealed," "Unopened," or "New in Box" cannot be returned if opened. Opening a sealed vintage collectible significantly alters its value.

Original Packaging: Please return the item with all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials included.

Pack It Safely: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items
We are experts in packing fragile vintage glass and electronics, but rare accidents can happen in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

Save EVERYTHING: Do not throw away the box or packing materials.

Take Photos: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We need these to file an insurance claim with the carrier to get you a refund.
